Our HR Consultancy service includes a Human Resource Audit service that provides an independent review of effectiveness and efficiency with the organisation’s current HR practices
This is a scan service with a management view that HR support services could be undertaken in a different or more time and cost effective manner or in a more modern way.
Typically and dependent upon the complexity and size of the organisation, audit programs will be undertaken on site with a certain of time and both management and HR related persons will be involved so that we understand current arrangements and methodologies. This process will also include a review of documentation and existing HR systems & practices. Typically, the audit will review:
- Legal compliance issues
- Policies & procedures
- Grading & salary arrangements
- Bonus & incentive arrangements
- Staff retention issues
- Contracts of employment
- Staff handbook
- Benefits & payroll administration
- HR resource issues
- Employee morale
- Employee communications
- Organisational structure
- ………..and any other associated or relevant HR arrangements in place.
At the end of the audit process we will then provide a confidential report to management and where appropriate, identify areas of required or recommended change in order to address areas of specific concern.
